Residential Quarterly Pest Control

This program will control most home invading pests. Our service is based on the premise that pests do not live in your home – they get in your home. Basic agreement covers: house ants, silverfish, spiders, millipedes, centipedes, sow bugs, earwigs, crickets and more. Problems with roaches, rodents, carpenter ants, wasps, hornets, bees and yellow jackets can be addressed as a one time service or added to your basic agreement for an additional service charge.

Service Expectations

• Thorough inspection of the problem pests inside and outside your home.
• Sweep down all accessible spider webs and mud dauber nests around your home.
• Treat the inside of your home with sprays, baits and/or dusts.
• Treat the exterior with a spray application and a granular application to prevent pests from entering your home.
• Inspect and treat if necessary the attic and/or crawlspace on the initial visit.
• Treat entry points into the home, electrical, water, windows, and doors.
• Leave a legible and detailed service ticket with the customer.
• Subsequent quarterly visits would be exterior service to continue the barrier protection for your home. Inside service if necessary.
• Retreats would be included under your agreement and would be at no additional charge.
